Next working day delivery is offered as standard Monday-Friday for goods that are Pre-Made and in Stock. Delivery times for Custom Made to Order items will vary – please call us to check. This service is only available for shipments to the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
If a quick delivery is important to you, if you wish to check a manufacturing time for a Custom Made to Order item or are placing an order after 3pm, please call the office on +447721273139; we can confirm the stock availability and dispatch date very promptly.
DEFINITION OF NON-MAINLAND UK
Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY and JE), Scilly Isles (TR21), Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44 and ZE1-3), Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) and all BFPO locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We welcome international orders and have many customers outside of the UK. If your delivery location falls outside of the Mainland UK (i.e. International or Non-Mainland UK). After placing an order on our website Colver Networks will contact you via e-mail or telephone and confirm the total cost of the order including delivery to your desired destination.

Prices quoted for carriage, insurance and freight are for a single consignment to a single address.
Any times quoted for dispatch are to be treated as estimates only and we reserves the right to deliver part orders without penalty. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet these estimated times for dispatch, we shall not be liable for failure to dispatch within the time quoted.
Any damage to goods in transit should be notified to the carrier upon delivery and to us within 2 days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made on the carrier. The risk of loss and/or damage to the goods supplied by us shall pass to the Customer when they are delivered to the Customer or to any other destination on behalf of the Customer.
